Termenul de transmitere in Revisal a modificarilor salariului brut a fost modificat

[:ro]In Monitorul Oficial nr. 1005/19.12.2017 a fost publicata Hotararea Guvernului nr. 905/2017 privind registrul general de evidenta a salariatilor.
S-a revenit la termenul de 20 de zile lucratoare pentru raportarea in Revisal a modificarilor salariale (anterior modificarile salariale trebuiau raportate in Revisal inainte de a produce efecte).
Astfel, orice modificare a salariul de baza lunar brut, indemnizatiile, sporurile, precum si alte adaosuri, astfel cum sunt prevazute in contractul individual de munca sau, dupa caz, in contractul colectiv de munca se transmite in registru in termen de 20 de zile lucratoare de la data producerii modificarii.
Exceptie!!! Orice modificare a datelor salariale mentionate mai sus care se produce de la data 19 decembrie 2017 (data intrarii in vigoare a prevederilor HG 905/2017) si pana la data de 31 martie 2018 se transmite in Revisal pana la 31 martie 2018.
Netransmiterea de catre angajatori a modificarilor salariale in termenul prevazut de lege se sanctioneaza cu amenda de la 5.000 lei la 8.000 lei.[:en]Government Decision no. 905/2017 regarding the General Ledger of employees was published in the Official Gazette no. 1005/19.12.2017.
The 20 working days for Revisal reporting of salary changes has returned (previously salary changes had to be reported in Revisal before it came into effect).
Any changes to the gross monthly salary, allowances, bonuses and other salary benefits as provided in the individual labor contract or, as the case may be, in the collective labor contract shall be submitted to Revisal within 20 working days from the date of the change.
Exception!!! Any change of the above-mentioned salary data that occurs from 19 December 2017 (the date of entry into force of HG 905/2017) and until 31 March 2018 shall be transmitted in Revisal until 31 March 2018.
The non-transmission by the employers of the salary changes within the term stipulated by the law shall be sanctioned with a fine from 5,000 lei to 8,000 lei.[:]
