The increase of the gross minimum wage to 975/1050 lei
I. Order no. 1091/10.12.2014 to establish minimum gross guaranteed salary, was published into Official Gazette no 902/11.12.2014
Monthly gross minimum wage for a full working 168 hours per month in 2015 is:
– Lei 975 starting 1 January 2015;
– Lei 1,050 starting 1 July 2015.
It represents a contravention and is punishable by a fine of between 1,000 lei to 2,000 lei establishing basic wages below the threshold provided above.
I. We would like to inform you that the deadline for submitting tax returns for November 2014 and their payment deadline was set for 22 December 2014.
Prior to this decision, the deadline was 19 December 2014.
The decision was announced by a press release published by the Ministry of Finance, on 10 December 2014, on its website.
