Excise taxes on diesel and gas will be increased
Ordinance no. 25/2017 for amending and completing the Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code was published in the Official Gazette no. 706/31.08.2017.
Excise duty on diesel and gas is increased by 32 bani per litter, in two stages, 15 September and 1 October 2017 (entering into force 15 September).
Expenses representing the value of the sold receivables are deductible within a limit of 30% of their value.
The tax rate on a representative for a fiscal year is modified from 4,000 euros to 18,000 lei.
The representatives have the obligation to declare and pay the tax on the representative to the state budget until the last day of February inclusive of the tax year.
The Ordinance shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
