In a world where careers often move at lightning speed, finding someone who has dedicated two decades to a single mission is rare. It speaks of loyalty, resilience, and a deep sense of belonging. Today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate a true pillar of our team: Daniela Rusu.

For 20 years, Daniela has been the steady hand behind our Payroll department. But to us, she is so much more than a specialist. She is a colleague who radiates kindness, a quiet force of resilience, and a testament to the fact that professionalism and heart go hand in hand.

As we celebrate this incredible milestone—and honor International Women’s Day—we sat down with Daniela to reflect on her journey, the changes she’s witnessed, and the wisdom she’s gathered along the way.

A Journey Through Time

When Daniela walked through our doors 20 years ago, the world was a different place. “The company was smaller then,” she recalls, “but the atmosphere was very friendly, and I quickly felt part of the team.”

Technologically, it was another era entirely. “I remember using floppy disks to store information for declarations!” she laughs. “Until 2010, everything was submitted on paper. Now that everything is electronic, life is much simpler.”

Despite the shift from floppy disks to cloud computing, Daniela notes one thing has remained constant: the company’s character. “People, systems, and processes have changed,” she observes, “but the professionalism toward clients and the respect toward employees have remained exactly the same.”

The Art of Payroll (and Patience)

Working in payroll requires a specific kind of magic—a mix of mathematical precision and endless patience. Over the years, Daniela has mastered the complex art of adapting to ever-changing legislation.

“I’ve learned how to adapt quickly and find the right solutions,” she says. It’s this challenge that actually keeps her motivated. “Every day brings something different. In HR and payroll, the work never becomes routine. I’m an active person, and I like to know that what I do matters.”

If she could have one superpower to help with her work? “The ability to stop time for a few minutes,” she admits with a smile. “That way, I could double-check everything calmly. In payroll, details are everything.”

The Sportive Spirit & The “Team Mom” Vibes

One of the secrets to Daniela’s longevity is her commitment to balance. Known for her sportive spirit, she starts her days with movement. “It helps me clear my mind, release stress, and start the day with energy,” she explains. “I would recommend this habit to everyone.”

But it’s her warmth that truly defines her presence in the office. Daniela believes deeply in the power of connection. “I’ve always believed that you can learn something from every person,” she shares.

While she describes herself as focused—sometimes even serious when solving a problem—her colleagues know the truth: she is deeply caring. Her morning ritual isn’t a loud proclamation, but a quiet wish: “As I approach the office, I silently wish for a day filled with harmony, understanding, and wisdom.”

Looking Back, Moving Forward

When asked to summarize her 20-year journey in just three words, Daniela chose: Maturity, Learning, and Wisdom.

From the memorable 10th-anniversary party in Sinaia to challenging bike trails in Azuga, her memories are filled with the joy of shared experiences.

As for the future? Her goals are simple yet profound. “I wish to stay healthy and keep my energy and balance,” she says. “When you have these things, you can do well in everything you set out to achieve.”
