It means that many legal problems are questionable. Many companies had difficulty envisaging them and find the proper solution for force\u00a0majeure.<\/p>\n<p>In some cases, the parties did not pay proper attention to the agreement. This is not surprising, as there was no expectation of the events listed there &#8211; earthquakes, floods, epidemics, and others. Today, the force\u00a0majeure\u00a0has actually come up and many questions have arisen that would have been difficult for many companies or\u00a0individuals\u00a0to answer correctly.<\/p>\n<p>This has been compounded by the economic crisis, the change in the national currency and problematic issues such as non-fulfillment of contractual obligations,\u00a0the inability of\u00a0companies to pay their rent, layoffs, dismissal, etc.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>What should a company do if it can&#8217;t pay its employees?<\/li>\n<li>What should a company do if it has to close the facility and cannot pay the rent?<\/li>\n<li>Can companies that have to fulfill their obligations in any foreign currency claim a reduction in the rent due to the depreciation of the national currency?<\/li>\n<li>What happens in case of a sharp change of currency?<\/li>\n<li>What happens if the parties do not have any contractual reservations on currency changes?<\/li>\n<li>Should you be sourcing new leads?
