{"id":14772,"date":"2026-01-05T17:47:28","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T14:47:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kreston.ro\/?p=14772"},"modified":"2026-01-05T17:48:24","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T14:48:24","slug":"news-regarding-the-fiscal-code-and-e-invoice","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kreston.ro\/en\/2026\/01\/05\/news-regarding-the-fiscal-code-and-e-invoice\/","title":{"rendered":"The second package of fiscal measures has been published in the Official Gazette"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221; css_params=&#8221;&#8221;]Emergency Ordinance No. 89\/2025 introduces the following changes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tax Law Amendments<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022 The minimum turnover tax (applicable to companies with a turnover exceeding 50 million euros per year) will be reduced from 1% to 0.5% in 2026 and will be eliminated starting with 2027.<br \/>\n\u2022 The applicability of the additional tax paid by the companies operating in the oil and natural gas sectors is extended until December 31, 2026, respectively until the last day of the modified fiscal year ending in 2027.<br \/>\n\u2022 The tax rate on micro-enterprise revenues is 1%. The 3% rate is eliminated.<br \/>\n\u2022 The tax rate for the amounts paid by the company for the benefit of shareholders is<br \/>\nincreasing from 10% to 16%.<br \/>\n\u2022 New rules regarding excise duty and tax warehouses in the field of energy products.<br \/>\n\u2022 The construction tax is repealed starting with 2027.<br \/>\n\u2022 The facility of RON 300 not taxable amount for the emplyees which are paid with the minumum wage is extend until June 30, 2026.
