[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The allocation of the working capital grant is made on the basis of a percentage of turnover, this being intended for SMEs with activity in the area of restaurants, hotels, cafes, food industry, transport, NGOs, travel agencies, publishing houses, bookstores , libraries, provided in Annex no. 2 the ordinance.<\/p>\n

The value of working capital grants is established as follows:
\n\u2022 for SMEs with a turnover for 2019 between EUR 5,000 and EUR 13,500, the value of the grant is EUR 2,000;
\n\u2022 for SMEs with a turnover for 2019 between EUR 13,501 and EUR 1,000,000, the value of the grant is set at 15% of turnover and cannot exceed EUR 150,000.
\n\u2022 for SMEs with a turnover of more than EUR 1 million, the maximum amount of aid is EUR 150,000.
\n\u2022 for related enterprises that have submitted several financing applications for obtaining the necessary working capital grant, the cumulative value of the working capital grant to be granted may not exceed EUR 250,000 equivalent in RON on the date of payment of the working capital grant. If a beneficiary of state aid with related enterprise status does not fall into the category of SMEs and has submitted a single application for financing, the amount of the working capital grant may not exceed EUR 150,000 at the date of payment of the grant.<\/p>\n

! The beneficiaries of the grants must ensure the co-financing at the set up date of the working capital in a percentage of at least 15% of the value of the requested grant.<\/p>\n

Categories of beneficiaries:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 HORECA domain – restaurants, hotels, coffee shops, food industry and other activities assimilated to it;
\n\u2022 transportation services;;
\n\u2022 travel agencies;
\n\u2022 publishing houses \/ bookstores \/ libraries, creative industries;
\n\u2022 event organizers;
\n\u2022 NGOs with economic activity in the field of education<\/p>\n

! The list of eligible fields of activity is provided in annex no. 2.<\/p>\n

Qualification criteria:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 obtained a certificate of emergency situations based on the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 29\/2020
\n\u2022 recorded an operating profit from the current activity (from the operating activity), in one of the last two financial years before submitting the financing application;
\n\u2022 have co-participation in the constitution of the working capital in a percentage of at least 15% of the grant value at the date of using the working capital grant;
\n\u2022 maintain or, as the case may be, supplement the number of employees, compared to the date of submission of the application, for a period of at least 6 months, on the date of granting grants, except in situations where individual employment contracts are concluded for seasonal and \/ or day laborers.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>
\nBetween August 1st and September 15th, 2020, MEEMA issues emergency certificates.
\nThe certificate for emergency situations will be issued if the economic operator registered the decrease of income or revenues by at least 25% in March, April or May 2020 compared to the average of January and February 2020 or the partial or total interruption of activity.<\/p>\n

Types of eligible expenses:<\/strong>
\n\u2022 expenses regarding stocks of raw materials, materials, goods, and other categories of stocks
\n\u2022 current and outstanding debts to current suppliers, including to utility providers;
\n\u2022 rent expenses based on a concluded contract;
\n\u2022 expenses related to the acquisition of services necessary for the current activity, except for consultancy services, studies and other categories of indirect services;
\n\u2022 expenses for medical protection equipment, including disinfection materials for protection against the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus;
\n\u2022 expenses regarding the acquisition of inventory objects, including inventory objects of the nature of fixed assets necessary for the resumption of the current activity;
\n\u2022 expenses regarding the acquisition of equipment, machinery, installations, technologies, independent endowments necessary for the resumption of the activity;
\n\u2022 payment of debts to the state budget.<\/p>\n
