Order no. 1091\/10.12.2014 to establish minimum gross guaranteed salary, was published into Official Gazette no 902\/11.12.2014<\/p>\n<p>Monthly gross minimum wage for a full working 168 hours per month in 2015 is:<br \/>\n&#8211; Lei 975 starting 1 January 2015;<br \/>\n&#8211; Lei 1,050 starting 1 July 2015.<br \/>\nIt represents a contravention and is punishable by a fine of between 1,000 lei to 2,000 lei establishing basic wages below the threshold provided above.<\/p>\n<p>I. We would like to inform you that the deadline for submitting tax returns for November 2014 and their payment deadline was set for 22 December 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to this decision, the deadline was 19 December 2014.<\/p>\n<p>The decision was announced by a press release published by the Ministry of Finance, on 10 December 2014, on its website.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]I.
