[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Law no. 11\/2015 approving Emergency Government Ordinance no. 102\/2013 amending Law no. 571\/2003 regarding the Fiscal Code, was published into Official Gazette no 24\/13.01.2015.<\/p>\n

The main provisions of the Ordinance are:<\/p>\n

Starting 2015, construction tax is reduced from 1.5% to 1% and it applies to the gross value of existing constructions in taxpayers patrimony on 31 December of the previous year, as evidenced in accounting on debit balance of construction accounts.<\/p>\n

Ordinance provides for a series of construction for which no tax is due including:<\/p>\n

– buildings for which tax on buildings is due;
\n– works of reconstruction, modernization, consolidation, modification or extension of rented constructions, constructions under administration or use;
\n– value of constructions from subgroup 1.2.9 “Terraces on farmland, orchards and vineyards”
