{"id":10261,"date":"2019-03-12T18:04:23","date_gmt":"2019-03-12T15:04:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kreston.ro\/2020\/06\/09\/the-personal-income-tax-return-deadline-extends-until-july-31-2019\/"},"modified":"2020-06-09T16:18:52","modified_gmt":"2020-06-09T13:18:52","slug":"the-personal-income-tax-return-deadline-extends-until-july-31-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.kreston.ro\/en\/2019\/03\/12\/the-personal-income-tax-return-deadline-extends-until-july-31-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"The personal income tax return deadline extends until July 31, 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Government extends the personal income tax return deadline until July 31, announced Prime Minister Viorica Dancila on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The deadline for submitting 230 Form, whereby citizens can redirect 2% of their income tax to NGOs, was also extended to that date.<\/p>\n<p>A 5% bonus will be granted for full payment until July 31, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>The statement is filled by individuals to declare:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>income obtained from Romania and \/ or abroad in 2018;<\/li>\n<li>tax\u00a0on estimated income \/\u00a0standard\u00a0income that will be\u00a0made in Romania in 2019;<\/li>\n<li>estimated income to pay social contributions and, as the case may be,\u00a0declaration\u00a0of social contributions due in the fiscal year 2019.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The reported earnings are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>from independent activities, for which the net income is established in real system;<\/li>\n<li>income from intellectual property rights, except for taxpayers for whom the tax is withheld at source;<\/li>\n<li>the disposal of the use of goods for which the net income is established in real system or on the basis of lump sums of expenses;<\/li>\n<li>agricultural activities for which the net income is established in real system;<\/li>\n<li>fish farming and \/ or forestry;<\/li>\n<li>transfer of securities and any other operations with financial instruments;<\/li>\n<li>other sources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The statement should be submitted\u00a0<strong>electronically<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>through the Virtual Private Space (VPS) service;<\/li>\n<li>on the e-guvernare.ro website, with qualified electronic signature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can download it here:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/static.anaf.ro\/static\/10\/Anaf\/Declaratii_R\/declaratie_unica.html\">https:\/\/static.anaf.ro\/static\/10\/Anaf\/Declaratii_R\/declaratie_unica.html<\/a>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Government extends the personal income tax return deadline until July 31, announced Prime Minister Viorica Dancila on Tuesday.
